Each time we visit Little Rock, we make it a point to meet with our friend, Officer Norman. On this trip, he was instrumental in connecting us with numerous families in need. We also accompanied him to visit some of the people he regularly checks in on in his community. Officer Tommy Norman truly elevates the concept of community policing, creating a deep and positive impact. His dedication is widely appreciated, especially by the children in the community, who absolutely adore him. Officer Norman’s commitment to his community is both inspiring and exemplary.
